DENVER - Feb. 1, 2018 - bRUNch Running is doing a little “sole” searching this year and invites you to join them on their Good for the Sole Tour (GFTS). The tour will be making stops in Phoenix, New York, Denver, and Washington D.C.
“The New Year tends to be all about resolutions: new goals, new diet plans, new fitness regiments, a new you,” said Cortney Logan, co-founder at bRUNch Running. “This year we decided to forgo those cliché’ resolutions and instead take on a different approach by focus on being kinder to ourselves, giving ourselves more credit, and replacing all that negative self-talk by doing something good for our sole, and bRUNching a little more.”
The purpose of this tour is not only to get people more active in 2018, but to get them genuinely pumped about getting physically and mentally healthy while helping them find their stride, literally and figuratively. The GFTS tour invites seasoned runners, those who have dabbled with idea of running, and even those who are petrified of the very thought of running to join the #bRUNchtribe. It is not even a requirement that you be a runner. However, it is required that you be an advocate of brunch and encourage yourself and others to do a little “sole” searching through the sport of running and brunching.
